What is your hiring timeline, from the time I apply to when I receive an offer?
We love your optimism! We’re always anxious to get new team members started doing the work they love. The hiring process usually takes between one and two weeks. We do have a mandatory orientation that we offer twice a month.
I’m still a student: do you offer internships?
We do indeed. Check out the internship section on our website for more information. As an intern, you’ll have some of the finest people in the caring professions as your mentors. Some of our best employees began their careers as Spectrum Health interns.
