• Knowledge and demonstration of agency core values in day-to-day activities
• Assures that nursing services are in concert with the overall goals of the clinics and Spectrum Human Services
• Assists nursing staff  in answering medline calls, obtains necessary information in order to assist clients or for nursing staff to follow through clinically
• Maintains contact with client in order to assure outcome of medline request
• Maintains a central reference point for medline issues for updates/status changes
• Assists nursing staff in obtaining prior authorizations
• Maintains  a central reference point for prior authorization status and outcomes
• Obtains PMP documentation for scheduled medication clinics
• Performs clinical activities as assigned
• Performs data/spreadsheet, faxing, scanning etc for information flow
• Runs and analyzes reports as directed by Managing Director of Rehab Services or Nursing Supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
