A message from Spectrum Health and Human Services about COVID-19

Spectrum Heath & Human Services remains committed to our clients and our community. As an essential business, Spectrum Health’s services will continue to be available. We are here for our current clients and continue to accept new clients as well. The health and well being of our staff, the individuals we serve, and the community is a top priority. Spectrum Health will be slowly increasing the number of staff on-site for face-to-face visits, but will continue to provide services telephonically and in the community as well.We continue to ask that you please do not report to our offices for any scheduled visits until you speak with one of our counselors or office staff.

At the time of scheduling your first appointment or when you speak to your counselor, together you can decide the best treatment option for you; in person, or by telephone. For scheduled telehealth appointments, your counselor will call you at the time of your appointment.

• Anyone entering a Spectrum Health facility will be screened, and masks are required.

• Spectrum Health’s medical and leadership teams are closely following all information from the Centers for Disease Control, the NYS Department of Health, and the Erie County Health Department.

• Spectrum Health will continue to provide updates on our website, Facebook and Instagram sites

Our services are available!

We ask that you please call first when possible so we can determine the best way to help you.
