What do you consider your greatest professional accomplishment?
I would have to say gaining the opportunity and privilege to be part of the Spectrum Executive and Administrative Team. I worked in direct service for a number of years as a clinical social worker before continuing my education in business administration. I have been blessed to have had direct service experience in case management, housing, clinical services for MH and CD and in providing supervision. The most rewarding parts of my career have been in building programs, promoting efficiency and effectiveness and seeing staff excel in their careers.
What is your favorite part about working at Spectrum?
My favorite part of working at Spectrum is working with a very dedicated and talented administrative team and a phenomenal direct service workforce. I find everyone at Spectrum to be exceptionally dedicated to our clientele and passionate about what they do. Before I came to Spectrum, I knew of their stellar community reputation and ability to be on the cutting edge of behavioral health services. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a great organization.
Where is your favorite place to go in Buffalo?
My wife and I love the summer nature trails, Glen Falls and we enjoy visiting a great variety of local restaurants.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
I spent the majority of time with family. I love to read mystery novels, watch NHL hockey
