Spectrum offers a variety of community-based services to reach individuals in Western New York with behavioral health needs.

Our professional staff includes psychiatrists, nurses, vocational specialists and peer advocates who are excited offer convenient, community-based programs for people of all ages. We offer a number of programs to help you or your loved one get to where they’re going.

Spectrum’s community-based services are designed to assist our clients with a variety of services, including:

  • Finding housing opportunities for individuals with mental illness

  • Assisting individuals with day-to-day self-management

  • Helping individuals to build relationships and integrate into the community

Spectrum’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program is a NYSOMH-certified evidence-based practice. This multidisciplinary program serves clients across Erie County.

Our team of professionals offer in-home and community-based Assertive Community Treatments. Services offered may include housing assistance, money management, work assessment and training, personal care, shopping, cooking, self-management and medication administration.

Spectrum’s Supportive Housing program works with adults 18 years of age and older. We cater to high-need, high-risk individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse issues. Our experienced and caring staff helps our clients to find housing and maintain independent living by offering support in general self-management, medication administration, vocational goals and beyond. 

Spectrum is contracted through the Department of Criminal Justice to provide reentry services for individuals transitioning out of prison.  We assist individuals on parole with re-integrating into the community.  Our attentive staff helps link clients with the resources necessary to get back on their feet including housing, employment, treatment resources and beyond.
