For all virtual training, a working microphone and video are required for participation and engagement. The Zoom link will be sent 24 hours prior to the start of the training to the email address provided at enrollment.

Training Overview

Need new tangible skills to add to your therapy toolbox? This training aims to provide the foundational knowledge on the evidence-based treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The DBT training will cover theory, application, and common techniques using worksheets, group discussion and activities. This is an interactive training that will provide learners with an opportunity to practice DBT skills. Video and Microphone are required.

identify all four components of DBT

identify the at least 2 specific populations that would benefit from DBT Treatment

identify 2-3 fundamental principles of DBT

apply 2-3 DBT specific intervention methods
