Spectrum Health Buffalo H.O.P.E.

Even in the most challenging times and situations, there is always HOPE. Our team promotes mental wellness and coping strategies in the City of Buffalo to encourage emotional healing and well-being. Look for us at community events, wellness fairs, schools, and other community engagement activities.

Spectrum Health Buffalo H.O.P.E. COMHPS (Community Mental Health Promotion and Support) is supported by the NYS Office of Mental Health.

What We Do

We provide Free, Anonymous, Confidential:

  • Individual and family supportive counseling;
  • Mental Health screenings and referrals to licensed mental health professionals;
  • Connection to community resources; and
  • Techniques and tips for reducing stress and developing coping skills.We provide Free, Anonymous, Confidential:

We also provide clinical enrichment services at Spectrum Health’s East Buffalo Center located in the Kirsten Vincent Respite and Recovery Center, 111 Maple St., Buffalo from Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
