Relapse Prevention Group
To assist each member to learn and build tools to help build their recovery at its early stages and to allow members to discuss stressors, triggers, and coping skills with each other in an effort to prevent potential for relapseÂ
Strategies Group
To help each member build strategies that will assist and sustain them through their recoveries from substance dependence. The group also allows each member to discuss stressors or triggers in an effort to gain helpful feedback from other member to sustain recovery.
Sober Supports Group
To assist each member with learning additional skills to help with continued recovery, and to provide information for continuing recovery beyond their current treatment.
Co-Occurring Group
To teach individuals the correlation between mental health and addiction, to assist individuals with learning skills to cope with both mental health and substance dependence, and provide a forum of mutual support between members.
Mood Disorders Group
To provide a forum of mutual support between members, to teach members a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving, and to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people’s difficulties, so they change the way the feel.Â
Stress Management through Mindfulness (SMTM)
To provide a forum of mutual support between members and assisting members with learning to manage stress through mindfulness activities such as; breathing, mindful eating and guided meditation to use s tools during stressful situations.
DBT Group
To be informational, inspirational, and to provide a community and connections by relating to others. Each member will learn to manage and cope with stressful events, learn awareness of self by identifying trauma triggers and mutually working through stressful events., and provide a forum of mutual support between members.
