Reentry Services
Through our Reentry program, Spectrum Health is able to offer care coordination and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention services to individuals being released from State Prison to Erie County, or from the local county jail to Erie County through the Enhanced Release Under Supervision Program. These programs assist individuals in re-acclimating into the community while addressing behavioral and physical health needs, obtaining entitlements such as medical insurance, and decreasing recidivism.

Our Experience
Spectrum offers support and assistance to individuals who are involved with the criminal justice system.
We offer care coordination and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention services to individuals being released from State Prison to Erie County. We offer care coordination services to individuals who are being released from the local county jail in the Enhanced Release Under Supervision Program.
Through these programs, we are able to assist individuals in re-acclimating into the community; addressing behavioral and physical health needs, obtaining entitlements such as medical insurance, and decreasing recidivism.
Our attentive staff helps link clients with the resources necessary to get back on their feet including housing, employment, treatment resources and beyond.
Spectrum Health is contracted through the Department of Criminal Justice to provide reentry services for individuals transitioning out of prison. Whatever your need, our team of licensed psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, social workers, mental health clinicians, and psychiatric nurses will be able to work with you to find a treatment plan to help. Our staff is licensed by the Office of Mental Health and the Office of Alcohol & Substance Abuse by New York State.
