Vocational Services
The vocational service program assists individuals with advancing their education, skills, resume building or finding a job. Once we have placed an individual in a position that suits them, we provide ongoing support and encouragement to ensure job stability and career growth. In addition to job placement, our specialists address some of the long-term concerns associated with behavioral health issues in the workplace.
The confidence and encouragement of our staff in making this a successful experience will help you to feel safe and supported in your ability to move on from your past life experiences.

Our Experience
We offer vocational rehabilitation services to help you develop and execute entry plans and return to the workforce.
Spectrum is able to provide individually tailored vocational services to any individual linked with an SHHS program who is interested in obtaining vocational, educational, or employment linkages. We provide assistance with resume writing, benefits education, education on how to overcome any obstacles to employment, practice interviewing, linkages to other levels of training programs, transportation when necessary, as well as networking with companies in the community in assisting with job placement.
As one of the largest mental health outpatient provider in Western New York, we take pride in our unique and individual treatment approach. Transitioning into the workforce can be challenging and overwhelming, but our vocational services specialists are here to help you or your loved one succeed.
