Vice President,
Physical Health Integration and Nursing Services

Marlene Latona

I have worked for Spectrum for 14 years.

I completed my BSN in Nursing at D’youville college. I have been a psychiatric nurse for over 23 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I now oversee the nursing department and Urgent Care services. Integrating physical health and behavioral health services is one of my main objectives, this allows us to treat the whole person and provide optimal care to the people we serve. Another objective is, providing oversite and ensuring that all our recipients as well as staff are treated with respect, and are empowered to be the best they can be. I continue to be dedicated to Spectrum’s mission and values.
