Training Overview
Effective presentation skills is an introductory training appropriate for any staff interested in enhancing their comfort and skills in facilitating trainings, presentations or education-based meetings. This training assists participants to learn the characteristics of adult learning styles, specific learning needs of adult learners and methods/techniques in facilitation to ensure retention and understanding of material.

2-3 learning needs of an adult student
2-3 characteristics of each of the 4 adult learning styles
2-3 facilitator techniques to use with adult learners
2-3 ways to make your presentation foster learning and retention of material taught
