Last week, October 9 to 15, Spectrum Health commemorated Care Coordination Week and we broadened it to include our Case Managers, too.
Julie Notaro, Sr. Vice President of Community Based Services, said, “Case Managers and Care Coordinators move mountains to help meet the needs and eliminate barriers for the individual they work with. They are flexible, innovative, and work tirelessly to assure they find resources that individuals need.”
Every day last week we put the social media spotlight on a different member of our team to highlight their individual reasons for loving their work.
